Fresh potatoes and Its Application

Potatoes with olive oil and white onions

Briefly boil the potatoes, then place it on a baking sheet. Pour the olive oil, add garlic, salt and pepper. At 220 ˚ C it cook for about twenty minutes. Simply pull it out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley
