What determines the physical fitness?

Fitness, or what?
Physical fitness can be defined as the actual ability to perform any physical activities and sophistication of motor skills such as strength, speed, dexterity and other motor abilities.

There are four elements that affect our physical fitness . These are:

1. Efficiencycardio-respiratory called. lung function.

It is associated with the capabilities of the heart, lung and vascular system for processing and transport of oxygen to the muscles. The system consists of three parts: cardiology (heart), vascular ( vesselsleading blood) and respiration (breathing). Aerobic exercises stimulate the circulatory system and respiratory, teaching the body makes better use of oxygen. The intensity of aerobic exercise causes the heart, lungs and systemvascular work harder than at rest. With regular training heart rate relief is beneficial effect of aerobic exercise. This means that whenrest heart does not have to work so hard to deliver blood and oxygen contained therein.
