9 Check if your menu on "fast day" certainly contains fiber. Apples and pears eat the peel, for breakfast and - oats, do not forget also about the constant intake of leafy vegetables.

10Is diversified tastes, when you can. Chili flakes great enrich every savory dish. Vinegar, including balsamic, handy meal is acidity. Enjoy the fresh herbal spices - basically do not have anycalories , but to the character of the food on the plate.

11 Food proteins make the longer you will have a feeling of satiety. Eat protein, low in fat, which can be found even in nuts and beans varieties. If you make meat for dinner, first remove all of the skin and fat.
