Drunk alcohol in moderation reduces the risk of death after myocardial

Many years of research from the U.S. Health Professionals Follow-up Study (covering nearly 52 thousand. Persons) provided data for the study.

 Graph the results resembled the shape of the letter "U" - the risk of death from cardiovascular disease in abstainers, as well as in heavy drinkers was similar. Research, it should be stressed, concerned only men.
