Exercises to firm buttocks and shapely legs

After the street comes a lot of women who "only envy neatshapes ". Watch out for them, not only men, but also ladies. You too can be noticed. Just a regulartraining and a strong will, and the effect will be a brick!

Exercise I
Stand legs wide apart, feet spacing out and put her hands on her hips. Bend your knees slowly, going straight down and back to the starting position. When performing exercises stretch out the hips forward. Squat, do 8 times 5series .

Exercise II
Follow Klęk supported, palms lean on the floor shoulder-width apart. Be sure to keep a rigid body (tighten your abdominal muscles). Raise the diffracted leg up (between the thigh and calf create a right angle)

  so high that you felt tightens up the gluteal muscle. The foot should be turned up (parallel to the ceiling). Perform 8 repetitions on one and the other leg after 5 series.
